What are my delivery options?

All of the products sold through our website are delivered via Royal Mail, Special Delivery to your door. This means that if we have a product in stock, we can deliver to a UK address usually within 2 days. For European or Channel Island address the time frame will differ and you will be informed of your expected delivery date once the order has been dispatched.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an “Order Dispatched” e-mail.

How do I return my product once it has been delivered?

If you decide to return your product, you must notify us within 14 days from the day after the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

What do I do if the item is incorrect or damaged on delivery?

Please Contact Us immediately if your product is not complete or is incorrect on delivery. You should contact us within 7 working days of receiving the item.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

As soon as you discover the fault, please Contact Us and we will confirm with you the best way of returning your product to us for prompt repairs.
